Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team at Capleo Global. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for leading technical needs assessments, fostering engagement, and developing effective requirement gathering strategies for geospatial solution discovery projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Needs Assessment: Lead technical needs assessments for multi-stakeholder, geospatial solution discovery projects, and foster engagement and develop effective requirement gathering strategies.
  • Communication Experience: Communicate, present, and facilitate client dialogues, provide advice, lead workshops, and develop presentations.
  • Technical Experience: Lead geospatial-based projects, have knowledge and experience of geospatial data and development, and experience with ArcGIS Portal and/or ArcGIS Online.
  • IT Public Sector Experience: Support discovery projects in the public sector and navigate the Ontario Government to engage with multi-discipline stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Experience leading technical needs assessment for multi-stakeholder, geospatial solution discovery projects.
  • Experience fostering engagement and developing effective requirement gathering strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong BA skills.
