Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 1319200 BC. LTD. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and establish work schedules.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and maintain a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Environment: 40 hours per week, in a restaurant setting.
