Position Overview:

Exro Technologies Inc. is seeking a skilled Program Manager to enhance our Engineering division. This role involves collaborating with a diverse team to facilitate the execution and delivery of various programs, including Strategic Initiatives, New Product Introduction, and Continuous Improvement efforts. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring successful product launches and monitoring key milestones.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Define program and project requirements, aligning them with Exro's strategic commercial and operational goals while addressing customer and partner needs.
  • Collaborate with different business units to advocate for program initiatives, securing the necessary resources through departmental commitment.
  • Provide technical insights and project updates to support various operational teams, including sales and marketing.
  • Develop program timelines and work with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to project schedules, escalating issues to management when necessary.
  • Oversee program status and maintain communication with stakeholders, ensuring alignment on program objectives.
  • Independently identify and resolve challenges, employing innovative solutions.
  • Utilize professional relationships to enhance Product Management, working collaboratively with other departments to achieve program objectives.
  • Lead product development teams through established processes, including planning, design, validation, and production initiatives.
  • Engage with customer and supplier teams to facilitate successful collaborative efforts, leading meetings and managing action items.
  • Identify training needs and process awareness gaps for project team members.
  • Adhere to current Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) policies.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical project management role within a product-driven organization.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching customer-facing hardware or software products.
  • Strong ability to cultivate customer and external relationships in both technical and commercial contexts.
  • Experience with software scrum management and Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while effectively prioritizing tasks across multiple teams.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 standards is required; knowledge of IATF 16949 is advantageous.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
  • Experience in the automotive or OEM sector is beneficial.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
