We are seeking a talented sales advisor to join our dynamic team in the retail beauty industry. As one of our key team members, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.
With your passion for people, our company, and products, you will deliver personalized experiences that educate, inspire, and delight our customers.
You will also work collaboratively with your team to ensure visual merchandising standards are met, driving business results and growth. If you're an ambitious self-starter looking for a progressive career in prestige beauty, this could be the perfect role for you.
We offer excellent training and development opportunities, along with a competitive remuneration package that includes an hourly range of $17.50-$28.15, depending on qualifications, skills, experience, and performance.

To excel in this role, you will need:
Previous retail industry or guest services experience (preferably within beauty)
Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
Flexibility to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment
Experience with retail point-of-sale software (desired)
Proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend an interview

Collaborate with the team to achieve visual merchandising standards
Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Develop strong relationships with customers and colleagues
