About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Lubrication Technician to join our team at KABAYAN AUTO REPAIR LTD. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and longevity of our vehicles and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fluid Maintenance: Add or replace hydraulic and transmission fluids to ensure smooth operation of our equipment.
  • Assist Mechanics: Provide support to our mechanics and perform other duties as directed to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Lubrication Services: Change engine oil and lubricate running gears or moving parts of our vehicles and equipment.
  • Component Maintenance: Grease booms, pulleys, buckets, and other components of our heavy equipment to prevent wear and tear.
  • On-Site Services: Provide on-site services to our customers, ensuring prompt and reliable support.
  • Filter Replacement: Replace oil, air, and fuel filters on our motor vehicles, trucks, and heavy equipment to maintain optimal performance.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure accurate and efficient work.
  • Physical Demands: Perform tasks that require bending, crouching, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Manual Dexterity: Demonstrate manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination to perform tasks accurately.
  • Weight Handling: Lift and move equipment and materials up to 23 kg (50 lbs) as required.
