The RoleAs the Senior Product Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Locke Bio's platform. You will be responsible for leading the development of our user-centric application, ensuring it delivers exceptional value and a seamless user experience.
Key Responsibilities- Define and Lead Product Vision: Craft a compelling product vision aligned with Locke Bio's overall strategy and market trends.
- Own the Product Roadmap: Prioritize and manage the product backlog, focusing on delivering the most impactful features first.
- Craft User-Centric Experiences: Advocate for the user by collaborating with UX/UI designers to create intuitive applications. Lead user research initiatives and translate insights into actionable product requirements.
- Champion Agile Development: Champion agile methodologies like Scrum, leading product development cycles and ensuring features are delivered on time and within scope.
- Bridge Communication Gaps: Act as the central point of contact for all product-related communications, keeping stakeholders informed of progress, changes, and roadblocks.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage data analytics, user feedback, and market research to inform strategic product decisions and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Be a keen observer of industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies, and utilize this knowledge to enhance our product offerings.
- Launch and Beyond: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the business development team to prepare for successful product launches. Post-launch, you will continuously monitor performance, user feedback, and market conditions to identify opportunities for ongoing enhancements.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably within the healthcare or e-commerce space.
- Proven track record of successfully leading the development and launch of user-centric digital products.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise user stories.
- Data-driven mindset with a passion for using data to inform product decisions.
- Enthusiasm for the healthcare industry and a commitment to making a positive impact on people's lives.
- Experience with software development methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Jira, and Confluence.
