Job Summary

As a Food Service Supervisor with CC JANE INC., you will be responsible for establishing methods to meet work schedules, supervising and coordinating activities of staff who prepare and portion food, and maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage. You will also prepare food order summaries for the chef and supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys. This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail and the ability to work as a team player.

Responsibilities

- Establish methods to meet work schedules
- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare food order summaries for the chef
- Supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys

Requirements

- 1 to 2 years of experience in a food service environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work as a team player

Additional Information

Public transportation is available. This is a on-site position, and work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
