As a key member of our Road Construction Team, you will play a vital role in constructing vital transportation arteries, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.

**Responsibilities**

  • Operate raking equipment to distribute and level paving materials, ensuring high standards are met.
  • Maintain proper grades and slopes throughout the project, adhering to strict quality control measures.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure project timelines are met, promoting a culture of teamwork and open communication.
  • Perform routine maintenance on raking equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Assist with other paving-related tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Adhere to all safety procedures and directives, prioritizing the well-being of yourself and your colleagues.
  • Work in outdoor construction site settings, navigating various weather conditions and physical demands.
  • Project a positive company image through courteous behavior and professional conduct.

**Qualifications**

  • Previous experience in raking asphalt and concrete paving projects is considered an asset.
  • Ability to operate raking equipment and other paving-related tools and machinery.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain proper grades and slopes.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet all safety requirements and applicable safety policies.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, nights, and early starts when necessary.
