Job Title: English Language Test Administrator

Global Village Vancouver Test Centre is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented English Language Test Administrator to join our team. As an Invigilator/Proctor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth administration of English language tests at our transit-accessible locations in the Lower Mainland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process candidates through extensive security screening
  • Administer tests to standard by following test day protocols
  • Maintain the validity of the test by ensuring all rules are upheld
  • Manage clients to ensure all receive a standardized positive test experience

Requirements:

  • Clear spoken English and ease in reading aloud to a group
  • Friendly but authoritative approach to dealing with clients
  • Ability to pay attention to detail and follow strict instructions
  • Ability to stay on schedule and maintain standards of excellence
  • Trustworthy, conscientious, and reliable
  • Very professional attitude
  • Ability to enjoy a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Sensitivity in dealing with clients from a wider range of backgrounds

What We Offer:

  • A minimum two-year commitment is required
  • The rate is $20 per hour
  • Training for those successful at the interview will be provided
