- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to deliver exceptional service.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during service, particularly during peak times, and prioritize tasks to manage time efficiently.
- Cleaning and Sanitation: Ensure thorough cleaning and sanitization of the kitchen and work areas, adhering to all food safety and hygiene standards.
- Quality Control: Monitor and maintain the quality of food preparation, presentation, and service, ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.
- Culinary Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience working in a professional kitchen environment, with previous exposure to banquet or high-volume food preparation.
- Skills and Qualifications: Strong familiarity with Saskatchewan cuisine staples, ability to stay on your feet for extended periods, excellent multitasking skills, and attention to detail in food preparation and presentation.
- Availability: Availability to work 2 to 3 shifts during the week and on weekends, with flexibility to adapt to new recipes, cooking techniques, and changes in kitchen procedures.
