Electrical Build Team Lead

At Pack-Smart Inc. Automation, we are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Build Team Lead to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead the mechanical build team for new equipment assembly and testing.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing mechanical builds of equipment, planning and assigning tasks for the team, as well as installation, start-up, and handover of equipment on-site. Strong communication skills are essential for this role, with the ability to maintain digital documentation according to standard operating procedures.

We are looking for an individual with a minimum of 5 years related work experience in an Automation/Machinery manufacturing environment. As a leader, you will have the ability to guide a team of up to 8 individuals, ensuring assemblies are completed within deadlines. A strong understanding of technical communication is also necessary.
