Pharmacy Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at FreshCo. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading our pharmacy team and ensuring that our patients receive exceptional care and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the pharmacy team to deliver high-quality patient care and service
  • Develop and implement pharmacy programs and initiatives to promote patient health and well-being
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and a consistent pharmacy experience
  • Manage the selection, onboarding, training, and development of pharmacy staff
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from a recognized institution
  • Must be a Licensed Pharmacist, in good standing, in the province of responsibility
  • Injection and First Aid Certification
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a licensed pharmacist
