Job Summary

A highly skilled Senior Collision Repair Manager is needed to lead our modern facilities with state-of-the-art equipment and tools, while being in charge of automotive estimating and contributing towards supportive and collaborative teamwork. The ideal candidate must be passionate about the industry, committed to excellent client service, and have a proven ability to work with estimates.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of collision repair technicians and estimators
  • Manage automotive estimating and ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Develop and implement quality control processes
  • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of parts and materials
  • Manage staff schedules and maintain employee attendance records
  • Oversee and maintain inventory of equipment and supplies
  • Monitor cash and cheque transactions
  • Prepare reports and provide statistical information

Requirements

· Minimum 5 years of industry experience

· Proficient user of estimating software: Mitchel Connect or Audatex

· Outstanding administration, logistical, and organizational skills

· Knowledge of Vehicle Shop Management, best practices, and car service standards

· Current Class 5 Driver's License and a Clean Abstract
