The Regulatory Operations Technical Compliance Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring that software and systems comply with insurance industry standards (GISA, Facility Association, GAA) through rigorous testing.

**Key Responsibilities Include:**

  • Developing and executing detailed test plans specific to insurance regulations.
  • Conducting compliance tests for data privacy, cybersecurity, and financial reporting.
  • Preparing detailed reports on test results and compliance status.
  • Maintaining and calibrating test equipment.

**Ideal Candidate Profile:**

We are seeking a highly skilled technical compliance specialist with expertise in software development life cycle and software testing life cycle. The ideal candidate will have experience with manual and automated testing for Windows and web applications, as well as proficiency in creating test plans based on requirements.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Familiarity with insurance regulations, particularly GISA, Facility Association, and GAA, with a deep understanding of policy lifecycle.
  • Previous experience in regulatory reporting, business analysis, underwriting, or related field within the insurance industry.
  • Testing techniques/skills: Oracle e-Business Suite, web testing, regression testing, functional testing, automation.

**Education:**

A bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, IT, or related industry experience is required.
