  • Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
  • Represent the company to stakeholders, including customers, partners, and regulatory bodies.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in executive leadership roles, preferably in the industrial gas or related industries.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, improving efficiency, and ensuring safety and compliance.
  • Strong strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
