About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Caulking Technician to join our team at Capital Caulking 2010 Ltd. As a key member of our construction crew, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality caulking services across various projects.

This is a permanent position with a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades;
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt;
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials;
  • Clean and maintain equipment;
  • Clean and prepare surfaces;
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment;
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in the construction industry;
  • Personal protective equipment (PPE) training;
  • Valid driver's licence;
        WOllingness to travel to various locations;
  • Excellent oral communication skills;
  • Flexibility;
  • Reliability;
  • Team player;
  • Excellent written communication skills;
  • Ability to work at heights and handle heavy loads.
