About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned automotive professional with a passion for building strong relationships and driving sales growth. As a Genesis Experience Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales team to achieve exceptional results, while ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and partners
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide expert advice to customers
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive customer experience
