The Recruitment Officer position at Esso White Court is a crucial role in identifying and acquiring top talent for our organization. This position involves preparing and posting job notices, advising applicants on employment requirements, and coordinating selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements to meet the needs of our organization.
  • Prepare and post job notices and advertisements to attract a diverse pool of applicants.
  • Ensure that applicants are informed of employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.
  • Coordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.
  • Notify applicants of the results of the selection process and prepare job offers.
  • Determine eligibility for entitlements and arrange staff training.
  • Supervise personnel clerks performing filing, typing, and record-keeping duties.

Work Environment:

The Recruitment Officer will work in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure, and will be required to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
