About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer (Product Development) to join our client's growing team. As a key member of the development engineering team, you will lead the technical development of new products and oversee their launch into manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate and evaluate mechanical concepts that meet sub-system functions, objectives, and constraints
  • Conduct and review engineering analysis during the design process, including stress, thermal, flow, lab, and physical testing
  • Design test models and test cells for the verification and validation of design concepts
  • Evaluate product performance through testing with the development lab and possible customer site tests
  • Create, implement, and manage development project plans and budgets from start to finish
  • Contribute to the formulation and/or evaluation of business cases for specific projects
  • Organize and analyze data using statistical tools
  • Ensure effective project communication throughout various phases
