The Opportunity:

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at Refrigerative Supply Limited. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and shipment of products to meet customer demands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately receive and process inventory shipments to ensure timely and accurate receipt of products.
  • Effectively manage inventory levels to optimize storage capacity and minimize stockouts.
  • Pick and prepare shipping orders to meet customer deadlines and regulatory standards.
  • Replenish and maintain showroom stock to create an appealing and well-stocked environment for customers.
  • Perform facilities maintenance duties as needed to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
  • Support customer service by assisting customers with product pickup and loading.
  • Participate in regulatory training and other company training initiatives to stay up-to-date on industry best practices.
  • Contribute to annual inventory processes to ensure accurate stock levels.

Requirements:

  • Warehouse experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Highly reliable with exceptional work ethic and ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision.
  • Open to feedback and committed to personal development.
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and heavier loads with assistance.
  • Ability to climb, bend, squat, reach, grasp, and lift.
  • Flexibility in work schedule to accommodate occasional Saturday shifts.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain a business-like manner at all times.
