Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Once Upon A Child Markham. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate cash register and process sales transactions
  • Provide advice and guidance to customers on merchandise and services
  • Maintain accurate sales records and inventory control
  • Prepare merchandise for purchase, rental, or lease
  • Conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce
  • Organize and maintain inventory, including accessories, footwear, and children's clothing
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
