Restaurant Supervisor Job Description

Bapa's Burritos Inc. is seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and fairly.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for management.
  • Establish work schedules and delegate tasks effectively to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service establishment, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and relevant training or certifications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds.
