Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to and working closely with the Director, Major Gifts to develop and execute leadership giving fundraising campaigns, programs, and initiatives aimed at engaging individuals and family foundations with Indspire;

Maintaining a portfolio of 750 leadership donors giving between $1,000-$24,999 annually;

Managing and growing Indspire's Brighter Futures Circle annual giving program;

Cultivating leadership donors into the Major Gift and Legacy portfolios;

Performing prospect research to identify and qualify potential leadership ($1,000 to $24,999) donors and family foundations;

Working closely with development colleagues to ideate fundraising and stewardship strategies and ensuring their successful execution to maximize revenues;

Achieving annual leadership fundraising goals; and

Creating donor communications materials including customized funding proposals, gift agreements, case for support documents, briefing notes, stewardship reports, presentations, and other fundraising materials as required.
