Responsabilités
- Fournir un excellent service client aux clients de FedEx, répondre à leurs questions et résoudre leurs problèmes de manière efficace et professionnelle.
- Travailler en équipe avec les collègues pour atteindre les objectifs de service client et améliorer la satisfaction des clients.
- Participer à la formation continue pour améliorer les compétences et les connaissances en matière de service client.
- Effectuer d'autres tâches connexes comme nécessité.
Compétences et Qualifications
- Expérience dans le service client ou un domaine connexe.
- Compétences en matière de communication et de résolution de problèmes.
- Capacité à travailler en équipe et à collaborer avec les collègues.
- Capacité à gérer le stress et à travailler dans un environnement de travail dynamique.
- Connaissance des règlements douaniers canadiens et des services et systèmes de FedEx Express et FedEx Ground.
Conditions d'emploi
- Travail à temps plein.
- Horaires variables en fonction des besoins de l'entreprise.
- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement PC/Windows.
- Capacité à réussir les tests et programmes de formation obligatoires.
Langue requise
Le candidat doit être bilingue (français et anglais).
Conduite
Le candidat doit posséder un permis de conduire valide (p. ex. de classe 5, G, ou 1 AZ) et un dossier de conduite affichant un maximum de deux infractions et/ou accidents au cours des 24 mois précédant la date de candidature.
