Automotive Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Service Technician to join our team at Hub City Motors and Equipment Ltd. As an Automotive Service Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting and testing mechanical units, adjusting and repairing parts and components, and performing scheduled maintenance services.
Key Responsibilities- Inspect and Test Mechanical Units: Inspect and test mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions, and identify areas for improvement.
- Adjust and Repair Parts and Components: Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of automotive systems, and test and adjust repaired systems to manufacturer's specifications.
- Perform Scheduled Maintenance Services: Perform scheduled maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements.
- Coach and Instruct Apprentices: Coach and instruct apprentices in the repair and maintenance of automotive systems.
- Automotive Service Technician Trade Certification: Possess a valid Automotive Service Technician Trade Certification.
- Valid Driver's Licence: Hold a valid driver's licence.
- Physical Abilities: Possess the physical abilities to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a fast-paced environment.
As an Automotive Service Technician at Hub City Motors and Equipment Ltd, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of experienced technicians. You will be required to work in a well-lit and well-ventilated area, and will be exposed to various chemicals and materials.
