About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lot Associate to join our Sales and Service team at OpenRoad Auto Group. As a Lot Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of our inventory, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of our vehicle inventory, ensuring that all vehicles are presented in a professional and attractive manner.
  • Exceed customer expectations by delivering vehicles in excellent condition and providing a positive customer experience.
  • Transport customers, parts, and paperwork as requested by management.
  • Wash vehicles after service to maintain a high level of quality and presentation.
Requirements
  • Attention to detail and high quality control standards.
  • Ability to work effectively with Product & Service Advisors, as well as other colleagues.
  • Ability to work effectively against deadlines.
  • Ability to comfortably lift heavy loads as required.
  • Strong computer knowledge and skills (an asset).
  • Possess a valid British Columbia Driver's License, ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission, and present a current copy of your driver's abstract (ICBC driver's record) for review.
