Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Store Manager to lead our Canmore Crossing store. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and maximizing sales and profits through effective leadership of people, inventory, expense control, and fixed assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Maximize sales and profits through effective leadership of people, inventory, expense control, and fixed assets.
  • Partner with support teams to implement and execute strategies within the store.
  • Responsible for the overall operational excellence of the store.
Requirements
  • Proven ability to build and sustain a highly successful and cohesive sales team.
  • Demonstrates passion for coaching and has a natural leadership ability.
  • Embodies our brand promise to life - delivering a great customer experience in a cool tech-friendly environment.
  • Upholds a firm understanding of financial results and is able to translate into effective sales strategies.
