ShelterCare Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our ShelterCare program as a Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the program, providing leadership and guidance to staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our participants.
Key Responsibilities- Program Leadership: Provide strategic direction and oversight to the ShelterCare program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Staff Management: Lead and develop a team of staff, providing coaching, training, and performance management to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Service Delivery: Ensure the delivery of high-quality services to participants, including substance abuse treatment, mental health support, and housing assistance.
- Collaboration and Partnerships: Foster strong relationships with community partners, funders, and stakeholders to ensure the success of the program.
- Program Evaluation and Quality Improvement: Conduct regular program evaluations and implement quality improvement initiatives to ensure the program is meeting its goals and objectives.
- Education: University degree in Social Work, Counselling, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a related field, with a proven track record of success in program management and staff development.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to coach and develop staff. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. Knowledge of substance abuse treatment, mental health support, and housing assistance.
- Competitive Salary: A competitive salary range of $33.60 - $42.80 per hour, depending on experience.
