We are seeking a skilled and experienced barber to join our team at Barber & Co. As a barber, you will be responsible for providing high-quality haircuts and grooming services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction
- Cut and style hair according to client preferences and instructions
- Shampoo and condition hair for optimal health and appearance
- Shave and trim beards and mustaches to perfection
- Offer additional hair treatments and services, such as waving, straightening, and tinting
- Supervise and train apprentices and students in the art of barbering
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
- Perform receptionist duties, including answering phones and handling customer inquiries
- 2 years of experience in the barbering industry
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of health and safety protocols and regulations
