Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Sign Erector - Commercial to join our team at Gregory Signs & Engraving Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for determining layout and installation procedures, measuring and marking guidelines, loading and unloading trucks, and utilizing hand and power tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine layout and installation procedures for commercial signs
  • Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations
  • Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment
  • Utilize hand and power tools for sign installation and maintenance
  • Erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications
Requirements
  • Experience in sign installation and maintenance is an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and materials
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work in a variety of environments, including construction sites, warehouses, and offices. The position requires the ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
