About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing and Community Outreach Coordinator to join our team at Don Chendo Products Inc. Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our brand and products, including social media, email marketing, and event planning.
  • Event Planning: Plan and execute events, conferences, and workshops to promote our brand and products.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.
  • Database Management: Maintain and manage our digital database to track customer interactions and preferences.
  • Cross-Cultural Training: Provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for all employees.
  • Mentorship: Offer mentorship programs to pair employees with experienced colleagues.
  • Community Outreach: Develop and maintain relationships with local communities, including indigenous communities and visible minority groups.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in marketing, public relations, or a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
