Barber Shop Manager

The clean cut is seeking a skilled Barber Shop Manager to lead our team of stylists and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and organize daily operations to meet business goals and objectives.
- Establish and implement policies and procedures for staff to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Manage budgets and inventory to optimize resources and minimize waste.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Supervise and train staff to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and customer service.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Fast-paced environment with frequent customer interactions.
- Client focus and attention to detail.
- Organized and reliable.
- Judgement and flexibility.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent position with 30 hours per week.
- English language proficiency.
