Hair Palace Beauty Supply & Salon is seeking a highly skilled Salon Manager to lead our team of professionals in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our salon.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and control daily operations to ensure efficient and effective management of the salon.
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Plan and organize daily operations to meet the needs of our clients and staff.
  • Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff to ensure consistency and quality of service.
  • Plan and control budget and inventory to ensure the salon runs efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies to promote the salon and attract new clients.
  • Hire, train and supervise staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

  • Client focus to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Efficient interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with staff and clients.
  • Excellent oral communication skills to communicate effectively with staff and clients.
  • Organized to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Reliability to ensure the salon runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Team player to work collaboratively with staff to achieve common goals.

Experience:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
