About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Childcare Specialist to join our team at Samar Pai. As a key member of our childcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children in a home-based setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide safe and nurturing care to infants and children, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
  • Establish a daily routine that promotes physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks, taking into account dietary restrictions and preferences.
  • Engage children in activities that promote learning and development, such as games, outings, and educational programs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized home environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers, providing regular updates on the child's progress and well-being.
  • Collaborate with other childcare professionals to ensure a seamless and high-quality care experience.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in childcare or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliability and punctuality.
