Job Summary

As a key member of the Waste Management team, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team in the Canada Market Area. This role requires a dynamic leader who can drive sales growth, develop talent, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize profitable revenue across the Area.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and improve sales performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal partners to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Market Sales Managers, Operations, and other Corporate and Area resources to drive sales effectiveness and segmentation.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and analysis of sales performance to inform business decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competition, and market developments to drive business growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of sales leadership experience, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed business decisions.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal partners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and other relevant tools and technologies.
Work Environment
