Patient Care Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Care Assistant to join our team at AON Inc. As a key member of our care team, you will provide exceptional support to our patients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Supply and empty bed pans in a timely and hygienic manner;
- Take patients' blood pressure, temperature, and pulse readings accurately;
- Serve meal trays and feed patients with dignity;
- Weigh, lift, turn, and position patients safely and efficiently;
- Deliver messages, reports, requisitions, and specimens between departments promptly;
- Maintain patients' rooms clean and organized;
- Supervise patients' exercise routines carefully;
- Maintain inventory of supplies effectively;
- Bathe, dress, and groom patients with respect and care;
- Transport patients in wheelchair or stretcher safely;
- Answer call signals to determine patients' needs promptly;
- Prepare patients for surgery by washing, shaving, and sterilizing operative areas thoroughly;
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in patient care or a related field;
- A client-focused attitude, with excellent interpersonal skills;
- Dependability and initiative, with ability to work independently;
- Judgment and reliability, with commitment to maintaining high standards;
- Team player, with strong communication and problem-solving skills;
The estimated salary range for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
