About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at 632069 BC Ltd. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in the success of our restaurant by overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Management: Monitor revenues to determine labour costs and make informed decisions to optimize profitability.
  • Staff Performance: Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve overall team performance.
  • Operations Planning: Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
  • Staffing: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of staff members.
  • Scheduling: Set staff work schedules to ensure adequate coverage and minimize labor costs.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to evaluate staff performance and provide feedback for improvement.
Work Environment

As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks. You will be required to work a permanent schedule with 35 hours per week.

Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Language: English.
