Job Requirements

The Carpet Man Ltd is seeking a skilled Floor Installation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our flooring products are installed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install flooring products to meet customer specifications
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to company safety protocols
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve installation skills
Education and Experience
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required
  • Previous experience in the field is an asset
  • Permanent position with 74-75 hours bi-weekly
  • English is the primary language of communication
