We are seeking a reliable and experienced Shipper to join our team in Delta, BC. The Shipper will be responsible for managing the shipping of all goods from Vancouver, as well as receiving customer property for service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform all shipping and receiving duties for customer goods.
  • Respond to customer service inquiries within one business day.
  • Keep customer service staff informed about any changes in shipping dates or issues with customer equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with all shipping regulations, company policies, and procedures.
  • Communicate with the shipping supervisor regarding necessary parts, tools, and equipment.
  • Maintain company vehicles, equipment, and premises in good operational condition.
  • Accurately process receiving reports, prepare sales orders, generate delivery notes, and update shipping logs.
  • Immediately report any major health and safety issues or unexpected financial risks to Senior Management.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a shipping role.
  • Physical fitness for some heavy lifting.
