Job Title: Home Renovation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Home Renovation Specialist to join our team at PROCON SOLUTION INC. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the renovation process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Plan and prepare work schedules, select and employ trade subcontractors, and coordinate their activities to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Quality Control: Inspect subcontractors' work to ensure quality and conformity with plans and specifications.
  • Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, perform various trade work during home construction or renovation activities, and develop and implement financial and operating plans.
  • Customer Relations: Work with customers, architects, and engineers regarding plans and specifications, and prepare and maintain a directory of supplies and trade contractors.
  • Health and Safety: Develop and implement health and safety plans, and ensure that construction permits are obtained.
  • Team Leadership: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, and supervise a team of 3-4 people.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the construction industry.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Dusty and noisy work site environment.
  • Transportation: Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
