Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of 3-4 people and assign tasks to ensure efficient operations
  • Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and competitor activity
  • Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement pricing and credit policies
  • Locate and procure merchandise for resale, and develop marketing strategies to increase sales
  • Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff, and resolve issues that may arise
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in a retail or wholesale environment
  • Permanent employment with 40 hours per week
  • Fluency in English
