Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and physically fit Construction Labourer to assist in the installation of insulation materials, load and unload construction materials, and perform various tasks related to construction site maintenance. If you have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for construction, we want to hear from you

Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades.
  • Assist in demolishing buildings and removing rubble and other debris at construction sites.
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction.
  • Fit insulation around obstructions and between joists and studs.
  • Fabricate and apply removable insulation pads and covers.
  • Measure and cut insulating materials to required shape and dimensions using hand and power tools.
  • Apply and secure insulation using spraying, blowing, pasting, strapping, taping, and other application and installation methods.
  • Install vapour barriers and fire-retardant materials.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in construction or a related field.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labour tasks.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
