We are a creative agency looking for a Marketing and Communications Director to lead our marketing efforts.



Job Description

The Marketing and Communications Director will be responsible for developing and implementing our overall marketing strategy, including managing our brand identity, creating engaging content, and executing effective marketing campaigns.



Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Manage and maintain our brand identity across all channels
  • Create and curate engaging content for our website, social media, and other marketing materials
  • Execute marketing campaigns to drive leads and conversions
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives
  • Maintain relationships with vendors and partners
  • Oversee the development of our sales team's skills and expertise
  • Direct the planning and implementation of advertising campaigns to promote products and services
  • Advise clients on marketing and sales promotion strategies
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing or a related field
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Familiarity with MS Office and Google Drive
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Creativity and enthusiasm for marketing and communications


Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
