As a member of our Business Enablement team, you will play a critical role in supporting the Business Continuity Management Program (BCMP). The BCMP is a cyclical program that delineates and describes all activities related to business continuity within the organization. Each phase has elements that strengthen the ability of EDC and its employees to prepare to respond to disruptions and mitigate risk.
Your responsibilities may include collaborating in the design and roll out of training and awareness programs, supporting the development and execution of BCMP exercises, assisting in data analysis, and supporting the construction and maintenance of a structured and repeatable reporting system.
To be successful in this role, you must be enrolled in an Emergency Management and/or Business Continuity program, have experience in exercise design and development, and be proficient in PowerBI, Sharepoint or ServiceNow. Strong verbal and written communication skills are also essential.
