The Darlington New Nuclear Project (DNNP) is an ambitious undertaking that requires meticulous planning and coordination. In this position, you will assist the Senior Project Manager in coordinating and managing various new buildings, including Fabrication Building, Warehouse and Administration Building, etc. This role demands continuous communication with project team members and providing administrative support to facilitate a smooth workflow.

Your responsibilities will include assisting in the tracking of Request for Information (RFI), Shop Drawings, and Submittals, as well as preparing and tracking Work Method Statement (WMS) and Inspection and Testing Plan (ITP). You will also liaison with internal groups, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers supporting the project. Additionally, you will participate in meetings and prepare meeting minutes, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned.

We welcome applicants who are pursuing an Engineering Degree (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical) and possess excellent interpersonal, communication (both oral and written) skills. A valid G license and ability to work in person at the site office/trailer are also essential requirements.
