Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Delivery Driver to join our team at The Chefs' Warehouse. As a vital part of our delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute daily delivery routes to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products.
  • Load and unload products from warehouse to vehicle and vice versa, ensuring accurate inventory levels.
  • Verify delivery manifests and ensure products match inventory levels.
  • Collect signatures and payments from clients upon delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of delivery progress and paperwork.
  • Report any accidents or vehicle issues to supervisors.
  • Adhere to company and state safety regulations for loading and unloading products.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent certification.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • DOT physical certification.
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds comfortably.
  • Proficient in using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts.
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
  • Dependable, hardworking, and effective communicator.
