Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled General Manager to lead our Insurance Staffing business line. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth, developing market positioning, and establishing product-market fit. Your primary objective will be to ensure the success of the Insurance Staffing business line, measured by revenue growth, pipeline health, and gross margin.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to drive growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and services
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Talent Operations to develop and execute go-to-market strategies
  • Manage and optimize the P&L, ensuring profitability and scalable business operations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience driving and managing a business with a strong understanding of business operations and management principles
  • 3+ years of P&L ownership experience
  • Experience working in a professional services organization, specifically in insurance, driving business growth through deep industry relationships
  • Demonstrated success in building and launching new business or product offerings from scratch
  • Experience at a technology or hyper-growth company is strongly preferred
