Nail Salon Team Lead

At Alberta Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our salon team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our nail salon, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of nail technicians to deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist clients with special needs and provide personalized service
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of nail technicians
- Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
- Address customer complaints and concerns
- Monitor inventory levels of issued materials and stocks
- Establish and implement policies and procedures for staff
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking
