Job Summary

  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Supervise and Coordinate Food Service Staff

Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all food is prepared to our high standards.

Train and Develop Staff

Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure that all staff are equipped to perform their roles effectively.

Estimate and Manage Inventory

Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and manage inventory levels to ensure that we have sufficient stock to meet demand.

Manage Budget and Cost Estimates

Prepare budget and cost estimates, and manage our food service budget to ensure that we are operating within our means.

Address Customer Complaints

Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all customers receive excellent service.

Maintain Records and Reports

Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare reports as required.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role is required.

Language

Fluency in English is required.

Work Hours

35 hours per week is the standard work schedule.
