Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.
    • Develop and execute a business unit plan to maximize growth, share of wallet, and member retention.
  • Business Development and Sales
    • Conduct sales calls, establish a personal referral network, and engage in other business development activities to drive revenue growth.
    • Develop and maintain a strong network in the community to enhance the credit union's visibility and build a referral source for new business.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Monitor branch performance plans to identify gaps and issues, and develop action plans to address them.
    • Ensure proper internal controls and risk management procedures are in place to protect the credit union's assets.
Requirements
  • Relevant undergraduate degree with over 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with members, employees, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong business and digital acumen, with experience in consumer lending/credit or investment.
  • Personal Financial Planning (PFP) or Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation.
